Shipping & returns

Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, delivery is ₹79 per order. Once your parcel is sent, Sakshi shares the tracking link on WhatsApp.

When it ships

Sakshi confirms the dispatch date with you on WhatsApp when you order. Pre-order pieces are made after you order, and she will tell you when yours will be ready.

Packing

Every piece is clay and mirror, so it is wrapped carefully and packed in a sturdy box before it leaves the studio.

If it arrives broken

If your piece arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please record a short video while opening the parcel and send it to Sakshi on WhatsApp.

Anything else

Each piece is handmade, so if anything is not right with your order, message Sakshi on WhatsApp and she will help you.
